Warranty

Thank you for purchasing your Isotta product.

In order to allow Isotecnic Srl to provide you with the requested warranty services during the applicable national warranty period, please read the information and instructions listed below:

The Warranty means the free replacement of parts recognized as defective due to manufacturing defects for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase.

For our guarantee to be valid, it is necessary to fill in the appropriate Guarantee Certificate indicating the date of purchase (day, month, year) proven by the relative invoice or original purchase receipt issued by the authorized Isotta dealer and the serial number of the product taking care to have the reseller’s stamp affixed to the certificate itself. It is unnecessary to send the Warranty Certificate, but keep it in case of need. Any counterfeiting of the Certificate will invalidate the guarantee itself.

This warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Any defect due to improper use and/or damage caused by inexperience or negligence of the purchaser, by use outside the specific limits, and in any case, all circumstances which cannot be attributed to manufacturing defects.
  2. Any defect due to unauthorized interventions and/or repair, modification, cleaning, etc., not carried out by Isotta personnel or Isotta authorized assistance points.
  3. Any defect or damage due to transport, falling, impact, etc., after purchasing the product.
  4. Any defect or damage from natural disasters, environmental pollution, and power surges.
  5. Any defect due to improper or careless storage, improper maintenance, etc.
  6. Any defect due to flat batteries, etc. The batteries are not guaranteed as the Isotecnic Srl company does not produce them; however, the best brands on the market are selected.
  7. Any defect due to the infiltration of sand, mud, etc., inside the product. Furthermore, being a product not sealed by the manufacturer, any flooding due to the above causes and not attributable to manufacturing defects are not guaranteed.
  8. Isotecnic Srl declines all responsibility for any damages that may, directly or indirectly, be caused to people, domestic and non-domestic animals, or things due to flooding or as a result of incorrect installation, use, and maintenance of the appliance.

Lost services, trips and transport costs are not reimbursable.

Any equipment repair under warranty will always occur at the Isotecnic Srl plant and and the Customer will bear the transport costs.

The guarantee expires from when the housing shows tampering or interventions not carried out by Isotecnic Srl personnel.

In any case, the extension of the guarantee beyond 24 (twenty-four) months is excluded for the inactivity of the appliance due to non-functioning or non-use

Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the housing or any part of it. This results in the cancellation of the guarantee.

For any dispute relating to the application and/or interpretation of the aforementioned warranty conditions, the Court of Verona, Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction.

For repairs, contact the Isotta authorized dealer in your country or the manufacturer directly.
